Our Obligation
Upon receipt of payment we will process and dispatch your order within 24 hours, subject to the exceptions detailed below.
If, for any reason, we are unable to dispatch your order within 24 hours we will contact you by email to notifying you of the delay.
Cancellation
We will refund you in full should you decide to cancel your order before you receive our 'Processing Order' email. Simply email us with your Order ID requesting to cancel your order. Your Order ID will be emailed to you immediately after placing an order.
Refunds
Once an order has been processed we are unable to cancel your order or offer any refunds.
Delivery and Returns
We will dispatch all orders by first class Royal Mail (UK) or Airmail (International). Should your order not arrive within 3 days (UK) or 7 Days (International) please let us know and we will re-send your order by recorded delivery at no extra charge.
Should your order fail to reach you in satisfactory condition please return the damaged goods to us, at your expense, and we will resend the items.
